Chunky Kombucha Cheese Dip
CHUNKY KOMBUCHA CHEESE DIP
Try this BOOCHY Cheese Dip, with Pineapple Elderflower kombucha. In dishes with very low, or no heat, like a cheese dip, or Beer Dip that’s kept cold, you’ll also add its probiotic goodness to your foods.
Ingredients: 
1/4 cup kombucha (Dean & DeLuca Pineapple Elderflower Kombucha)
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 
1/2  teaspoon paprika
Pink salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions: 
1.  Mix cream cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese in microwaveable bowl
2.  Microwave cheese briefly for 30-45 seconds just to warm cheese
3.  Pour 1/2 cup kombucha slowly into mixture and add remaining cheese & ingredients
4.  Mix all ingredients are evenly distributed 
5.  Garnish with fresh shredded cheese and cracked pepper 
Serve room temp for a chunky dip or serve heated in the oven or microwave for a super soft cheesy dip!
