Hibiscus Ginger Margarita
A probiotic and boochy twist to your average tequila margarita!
Ingredients:
Espolon Tequila (or your favorite tequila)
Seek North- Hibiscus Ginger Kombucha
1 lime
Optional ingredients:
Hibiscus infused simple syrup with St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Salted rim (3/4 cup Himalayan pink salt, 1/4 cup organic cane sugar)
Directions:
Pour 1 oz Espolon Tequila, and 3 ounces Seek North Hibiscus Ginger Kombucha over ice.
Squeeze 1/4 lime wedge and lightly stir.
We added a couple drops of Hibiscus infused simple syrup with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur. .
For Salted Rim. Mix sugar & pink salt and pour salt/sugar mixture onto small plate. Wipe edge and of an empty cup with lime wedge and swirl cup rim into salt mixture. Then proceed to mixing directions above.
